Client accounts and profiles

Client account registration and sign-in use Firebase Authentication. Your email address and password are handled by that authentication service. Your separate client profile stores your name and any company, phone and website details you choose to provide, linked to your account identifier. The profile does not store your password. You can view and update your own profile while signed in; creating an account does not grant access to website administration or other clients’ profiles.

Sign-in, registration and account pages are excluded from this website’s analytics integration. For questions about account information or to request deletion, contact info@nolixia.com. The profile and sign-in account are separate records: removing a profile alone does not delete the Firebase Authentication account.

Contacting Nolixia

When you submit the website enquiry form, we receive the name, email, optional company and phone details, and message you provide. We use them to review the enquiry and communicate with you. The website stores enquiries in its Firebase-backed administration system. Email notifications may also be sent through the configured email service.

Send only the information needed for the enquiry. Account passwords and sensitive personal information should not be included in an ordinary website message. For questions about your enquiry information, contact info@nolixia.com.

Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and selected contact actions, including successful enquiry submissions and clicks on telephone, email and WhatsApp links. A contact-link click does not establish that a conversation took place. Our custom events contain the type of action and page path; they do not include the name, email, phone number or message entered in the form. Google Analytics may process technical information about your browser and device.

The analytics tag is loaded after acceptance. Advertising consent and Google signals are disabled in this website integration. Website page addresses sent by our integration omit query strings and fragments. Google explains its processing at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your choices and browser storage

Use “Cookie preferences” on the public website to accept or decline analytics. Declining stops our analytics events and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website. The website remembers your preference in local browser storage. A browser used to visit the admin area is also marked locally for exclusion from ordinary website analytics. Admin pages, account pages and local development previews are excluded.

Client and admin sign-in use the existing Firebase authentication system and its browser storage. Hosting and connected services may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Clearing browser storage can remove saved preferences and sign-in state.

App stores, social platforms, WhatsApp and other linked services operate under their own privacy information. Opening a link takes you to that provider.
