Stayora Rooms separates the room renter’s journey from the host’s management tasks. Search and listing pages help a visitor inspect a room, while the proposed booking and tenant dashboard screens show how the stay could be managed. The host dashboard introduces listings, bookings and tenant management from the operator’s perspective.
This two-sided structure is the project’s main design distinction. A renter needs clear accommodation details and a route to ask or book; a host needs to understand listing status and enquiries. Payment tracking is represented within the proposed account experience, rather than being treated as a public marketing feature.
Stayora is a portfolio platform concept. The designs are not evidence of verified landlords, available rooms, tenancy agreements or working payments. A live service would need clear availability, verification and booking confirmation processes before accepting reservations.
