Privacy Policy for ESOL English
Nolixia provides ESOL English. This page explains the application's privacy practices.
The application may use third-party services required for app functionality, diagnostics, analytics and advertising. These services may process technical information such as device identifiers, app interaction information, advertising data, crash data and performance data in accordance with applicable platform permissions and their own privacy policies.
We use information only as necessary to operate, secure, maintain and improve the application, provide its features, diagnose technical problems and, where enabled, provide and measure advertising.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support the application.

Advertising and privacy choices
ESOL English uses Google AdMob to display banner advertising. Google may process device or app identifiers, IP addresses used to estimate approximate location, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information to serve and measure advertising, prevent fraud and maintain its services. The app does not request precise location for advertising.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents consent choices where required on Android and iOS. Personalized advertising requires acceptance of the relevant consent purposes. On iOS, Apple App Tracking Transparency permission must also be authorized. Declining consent or iOS tracking permission disables personalization. Non-personalized or limited advertising may still be requested when permitted by UMP; if advertising is not permitted or cannot load, the learning features remain available.
You can review or withdraw advertising consent using Advertising privacy choices in the app Settings when this option is required by UMP. You can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Declining or withdrawing permission does not prevent you from using the learning features.

ESOL English account and data deletion
Email accounts are optional. Creating an account stores your name, email address, user ID and associated learning activity with our Firebase service providers. Learning and translation features may process the text you submit to provide their results.
To request deletion of your ESOL English account and associated data, use Request account deletion in the app Settings, or email info@nolixia.com from your registered email address with the subject “ESOL English account deletion”. You can request deletion without installing or opening the app. Do not send your password.
After verifying account ownership, we delete the account, profile and associated learning records from our active systems. We confirm completion by email and explain any information that must be retained for security or legal obligations and its retention period. Advertising information already processed by Google is subject to Google’s retention and deletion controls; resetting or deleting your advertising ID is available in your device privacy settings.
